We would like to invite you to the preview evening of Ken Browne's latest exhibtion on Thursday March 19th at our new gallery space on 27 Wicklow Street (Above Murphys ice-cream)

In this new collection, Ken Browne delves into the primordial heart of the Irish landscape, focusing on the silent, ancient presence of the Irish landscape. Moving away from specific geographic markers, Browne utilizes these peatlands
as a gateway to what he calls "inscapes"—a fusion of external topography and internal emotional states.

Every piece is created entirely from memory in his Kells studio, without the use of photographs. This process allows for "happy accidents" and spontaneous marks that represent the subconscious imprint a landscape leaves on the human soul.

Through the use of mixed media, Browne "sculpts with paint," treating the canvas as a physical diary of the land. The collection acts as a "passageway through the tunnel of existence," inviting the viewer to lose themselves in the vibration and spirit of the Irish landscape.
