Heron is a symbol of wisdom, transformation and mindfulness. In my paintings, besides showing his magnificent grace and beauty, I also wanted heron to represents our way through life, finding strength and courage to keep going even through the hard times and setting ourselves free physically and mentally.
Life is a process, process of learning, understanding and stepping out into something new. Finding new ways and solutions, overcoming obstacles and building strength to be able to spread the wings and follow our dreams.
My idea of this paintings is to give viewers hope. That no matter how dark your today is, no matter how much of a struggle it is, there always is another day, another chance. And with some courage, determination and if needed someone’s helping hand we can push it forward and find anew meaning in life, with new perspective, new energy, new vision of what can be achieved.
